I find the easiest way to accomplish this is to shop the perimeter at the grocery store. This way, you’ll avoid the cookie aisle and other processed foods.
  • Exercise regularly: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. This can be anything from a brisk walk to a yoga class to weightlifting. The key to making exercise a part of your daily life is to find something you enjoy doing!
  • Get enough sleep: Sleep is vital to our overall health. You should aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Create a bedtime routine to help you wind down and prepare for rest. If you aren’t sleeping well at night, try and take a quick nap during the day.

It can also be saying no to an event you don’t want to attend. Your time is yours and yours alone, guard it and be selective with whom you share your energy with.
